Dear colleague,
The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC, Spain) and the International Measurement Confederation – IMEKO, are organizing the 19th IMEKO TC-4 Symposium on Measurements of Electrical Quantities, which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, on 18th and 19th July 2013.
The 17th TC-4 Workshop IWADC on ADC and DAC Modeling and Testing will take place during the event.
The aim of the Symposium is to bring together scientist, researchers, developers specialists and users in the area of electrical quantities to jointly present their efforts in developing this technical field and to discuss the challenges of electrical metrology.
I invite you to take part in the XIX IMEKO TC4 Symposium: the organizers hope that the modern and entrepreneur atmosphere of Barcelona, combined with scientific excellence, will enhance cooperative relationships between colleagues even from distant countries as well as envisage new metrological challenges

May 13th, 2013 Submission of Full Papers for Proceedings
July 18th and 19th 2013 Symposium IMEKO TC-4 in Barcelona.
The Symposium will take place in the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, Spain. Located on the Mediterranean, Barcelona is a vibrant city whose history is marked by its diversity and well established bonds with other cultures. Magnificent examples of artistic trends throughout the ages can be found here providing a great Romanesque, Gothic and above all Modernista legacy, the latter represented by the work of architectural genius Antoni Gaudí.
Local, regional and national institutions such as Acc10 (Generalitat de Catalunya) and Node Garraf will be co-sponsoring the event.
